Why Vietnamese Coffee is So Special

They say all good things happen to those who wait and Vietnamese coffee is no exception. French inspired, it is concocted by pouring hot water over ground espresso beans in a special container and all the flavors are extracted slowly. u00a0Traditional espresso is draw within 30 seconds, drip coffee possibly a minute or two but if you want a good cup of Vietnamese coffee it could be 5 minutes or more. Full of flavor, it is mixed in with condensed milk to round out the bitterness and add a touch of caramelization flavor.
