We have gluten free noodles & dishes, Vegan banh mi complete with vegan aioli, vegan noodle bowls & spring rolls and even Vegan desserts (for catering orders). Our special spring roll sauce does not contain peanuts. We have menu items to accommodate most dietary needs.
We try to make everything in house that includes all the sauces and condiments, from the truffle pate, Vietnamese aioli traditional and vegan, and house dipping sauce and spring roll sauce, to the specially made vegan dipping sauce, so we can ensure quality and customization.
Every Thursday we feature a chef special which is not on our daily menu. Usually an authentic dish that is rarely on other restaurant menus. Try something different and if there is a particular item that is popular we might put it on our regular menu.
